Our Process

At MC Capital Management, financial planning is at the core of what we do. A strong financial plan is not created in a brief conversation but requires a full understanding of our client and their financial situation. Ideally, our relationships are not transactional by nature rather we take the time to develop long-lasting partnerships with our clients, based on trust & honest communication.

Our number one priority is to provide superior service to the individuals and families we work with. With that said, MC Capital Management wants clients to understand what a relationship with one of Advisors could look like. We feel it is essential for each client to have the right expectations prior to committing to an advisor here at MC Capital Management or elsewhere. We understand that many companies would like to service your financial planning needs so we set ourselves apart not by what we do, but how we service our clients.

A successful relationship traditionally starts with anywhere from 3-4 conversations over a 6-week period gathering goals, dreams & a complete understanding of your current financial picture. Once all recommendations have been discussed and implemented, we transition into a review model with ongoing quarterly servicing meetings for the first two years. Our Advisors feel it is essential to stay in close communication in the early stages of the relationship. Following the first two years the Advisor and client agree to an ongoing service model depending on the client’s needs and wishes.

It is also important to understand that the approach our Advisors take can vary depending on the client. For example, the financial planning services needed by a younger client in the asset accumulation phase of their life would be very different than a client looking to enter retirement in the next few years. MC Capital Management has the experience & knowledge to cater its services for each client’s individual needs.
